Do your gift cards expire?
Yes!! All gift cards expire within 90 days of purchase.
Why do you have an expiration on your gift cards?
Because I am not a multi million dollar company who can have unused gift cards floating around for years on end. It is important for tracking as well that they get used within a timely manner. Plus, you never know what is going to happen in life...illness, relocation, business closing, etc etc. No one likes to think of any of these things happening, but if they did, and I had a ton of people running around with unused gift cards, things could get very complicated. So, please please please, let your friends or loved ones know that their gift card does indeed expire.
How do I get the certificate?
Online only so it's super easy! During the purchase process, you will be given the option to either have it emailed to you and you can print it out to give to your loved one OR you can choose to have it emailed directly to the recipient. The second option is what most people seem to choose. And no worries, all my contact, scheduling and location info are clearly stated in the email.
Are the gift certificates replaceable if lost?
Usually, I am able to do a search through my gift certificate online provider to relocate your purchase.
Do they have to bring the certificate with them to the service?
The recipient either needs to be able to bring the certificate up on their email/phone (the square barcode is what I will scan), or they need to bring in a physical copy.
